Gallery 47 Canal, a well-regarded contemporary art venue established in Chinatown, is relocating to SoHo next month.
This move cements the gallery’s evolving influence and presence in New York City’s dynamic art scene. Known for showcasing groundbreaking emerging artists, 47 Canal has been a staple of aesthetic innovation since its inception in 2011 by founders artist Margaret Lee and art dealer Oliver Newton.
