The James Valley Career and Technology Center (JVCTC) and the Arts Center are joining in partnership to create a culinary arts facility, aimed to help aspiring chefs. Set to open its doors in September of next year.
JVCTC will provide funding and support for the development of a culinary facility at The Arts Center, The Career and Technology Center will provide funding up to to $146,220 for the layout design and for purchasing industry-standard equipment also installing in the kitchen space.
The partnership aims to offer a comprehensive curriculum that caters to a wide range of culinary interests—from gourmet cooking to restaurant management. The facility will feature modern kitchens, interactive learning spaces, and an experimental dining room, promising students an immersive educational experience.
