• Boundaries: Covers Manhattan below 60th Street, excluding the FDR Drive and West Side Highway.
Toll Rates
• Specific toll rates haven’t been finalized but are expected to range from $9 to $23 per trip, depending on time of day and vehicle type.
• Exemptions may apply for emergency vehicles and low-income drivers.
Goals of the Program
