Saks has added Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Saks OFF 5TH to its portfolio by acquiring 36 Neiman Marcus stores in key states like California, Texas, Florida, Illinois, and New York.
This merge was supported by equity contributions from Amazon, Salesforce, and Authentic Brands Group (owner of Reebok and Forever 21).
