Cindi Lawrence Hanson Announces Creation of Professional Ballet Company

The National Ballet of Texas, a new nonprofit ballet company based in Plano, will begin its inaugural season in August at the Courtyard Theatre. The company, directed by Cindi Lawrence Hanson with artistic direction by Sydney Blalock Ritchie, aims to bring world-class classical and contemporary ballet to North Texas. The company will feature three performances in its first season and participate in spring and summer dance festivals.
