The DAG Foundation for the Arts has announced the DAG Prize for Music, a $20,000 annual award designed to support mid-career musicians, songwriters, and producers whose work enriches the U.S. musical landscape. The prize celebrates creative innovation and dedication to advancing music traditions through breakthrough perspectives.
• Eligibility: Mid-career artists with milestones such as touring, releasing original music with recognized labels, publishing contracts, or cultivating a dedicated following.
• Goal: To fund significant new music projects, including composing, recording, producing, and performing.
• Applications Open: February 1, 2025.
